Rose Marie GUILLAUME, a French citizen, was in Bordeaux, France on June 21, 1940. She presumably obtained a Portuguese visa from Aristides de Sousa Mendes on or around that date.

She crossed into Portugal and sailed from Lisbon to New York on the vessel Excambion in July 1940.
