About the Family

The MARLIO/MOSSERI family, French citizens, were in Bordeaux, France on June 21, 1940. They presumably obtained Portuguese visas from Aristides de Sousa Mendes on or around that date, as they crossed into Portugal and sailed from Lisbon to New York on the vessel Excambion in July 1940.
