Cecile ROY, a Swiss citizen, was in Bordeaux, France on June 22, 1940. She presumably obtained a Portuguese visa from Aristides de Sousa Mendes on or around that date, as she crossed into Portugal and sailed from Lisbon to New York on the vessel Excambion in July 1940.
